Informatic Systems for pharma

In many cases a company implements marketing actions that must coordinate different units: external suppliers (printers, call-centers, CROs, advertising agencies) and clients (doctors, patients).

As a result of the action, databases are generated: clinical, drug consumption, sending originals and samples, contacts, etc.

The coordination and logistics of these actions can be done through Internet systems, with the following advantages:

- Instant and economical access

- Reading hierarchies, data modification: the participant access levels is differentiated through secure keys .

- Error check: the systems are programmed to ensure that the values entered are within a pre-defined range, and that their relationship with other data is normal and expected.

- Traceability: you can determine which agent performed what action, at all times.

- Support: if an operator needs help, different automatic or semi-automatic mechanisms can be activated (FAQ, Help, forums, knowledge bases, e-mail).

Examples:

Medical software design: to provide patient service and record data for the laboratory. For example, we have developed software in VisualBasic for nutritionists, with dozens of interactive features.

Calendar: online agenda to assing patient turns with instant control by professionals and automatic triggering of emails.

Sample follow-up: the different links of the distribution chain can consult in which stage each shipment is, and update the data that belongs to them.

Control panels: the different hierarchical layers (National Supervisor - Regional Supervisor - APM - Physician - Patient) can follow the information about medical visit, medical actions, patient behavior, pharmacy, etc. We have already implemented several of these components for an international laboratory of first level.

Can we talk about these issues?
